The gentleman showed up at the time his text said he would. He ask if I had any problems with the device,and answered all my questions. He was very helpful. No problems what so ever.

David did a wonderful job. He called to inform me that he was on his way here and gave me his ETA. He arrived on time, did a great job of explaining how to use the equipment, and informed me when he would return to pick said equipment up. He's an employee that you should be proud to have on your staff.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The Respiratory Therapist was very knowledgeable about the CPAP machine and thoroughly explained all of its features and settings. She assisted me in installing the appropriate apps on my phone to monitor my therapy and reorder supplies. They even provided me with a business card in the event that I had any problems once I got home. Excellent customer service!
